Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and motivated Data Analyst/Scientist to join our team in a part-time capacity. This role would be a good fit for someone with a full-time role that is looking to take on additional projects and make an outsized impact at a fast-growing startup.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in maturing our day-to-day operations, developing tools to help our improve our KPIs, and answering large questions that ultimately help us deliver better services to our clients and patients.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards for each program that we launch
• Develop tools to capture and flag documentation errors within our web application
• Optimize the way in which we clean client data for upload to our web application
• Lead ad-hoc data science projects aimed at improving the performance of our student workforce

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a data analyst
• Experience with data visualization tools, Looker is a plus
• Experience with designing dashboards for external stakeholders
• Experience with relational databases
• Experience with manipulating data models
• Experience with AWS and Amazon S3
• Experience in healthcare and HIPAA is a plus

Time Commitment

• 10-15 hours per week

Compensation

• $25 - $35 per hour, depending on experience
